We work to keep the information here accurate and current. Pricing, offers, and availability can change, and nothing on this site is a binding quote. The repair or replace estimator is a decision guide built on a disclosed age-times-repair-cost rule of thumb. It is not an estimate for your property and does not account for your equipment, ductwork, electrical, or site conditions. Only a written quote from us, following an inspection by a technician, states an actual price.

Offers

Any maintenance, equipment, warranty, rebate, or financing option is governed by its current written terms. Only the current written offer applies. Ask for price, inclusions, exclusions, effective dates, lender disclosures, warranty documents, and eligibility requirements before relying on a program.

Service requests

Submitting a form on this site is a request for contact, not a confirmed appointment. Scheduling is confirmed by phone. Response and arrival times vary with demand, particularly during peak cooling season, and we do not guarantee a specific arrival window through this website.

Text messages

Shark Heating & Cooling LLC may send text messages only for the category you select on a Shark website form. Non-marketing customer-care messages may include service confirmations, appointment reminders, technician arrival updates, and estimate notifications. Marketing messages may include seasonal maintenance reminders and plan offers. The two choices are separate, optional, unchecked by default, and are not a condition of purchase or service.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP to any Shark text message to opt out. After a STOP request, you may receive one confirmation and then no further messages in that program unless you enroll again. To enroll again, return to a Shark website form and select the text-message choice you want. Reply HELP for help, or call (941) 800-7064 for support.

Licensing

Shark Heating & Cooling LLC publishes Florida contractor license number CAC1821622. Verify current status through the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation before relying on a status claim.
